Mandatory sorting in the hospitality sector

From 1 January 2021, the sorting obligation applies to restaurants, brasseries and hotels serving more than 50 meals a day, to function halls and multipurpose halls with more than 250 seats, and to all catering businesses. And from 1 January 2024, it applies to all hospitality businesses.
