You will be taught by experts who work with theory and practice on a daily basis. The courses also align with current legislation, standards, and the reality of the sector.
Forms of education
You can choose between various training formats: open courses, in-company, or customised. A large number of our courses also qualify for an attractive subsidy scheme.
Open training courses
These open training courses take place at our office in Sint-Denijs-Westrem or at an external venue. You will find the open training courses for the coming months at the bottom of this page. Sign up now!
In-company training
In-house training courses have already been developed and can be scheduled for a group of employees. This is a cost-effective option, as several employees can take part at once, and there is plenty of room for specific questions. This brochure gives an overview of our in-company training courses.
Training through partners
With 25 years of experience in the food and feed sector, our consultants are true experts. Combined with intensive training in their own specialisms, this is why many sector partners trust us to deliver relevant training courses. Discover our partners' training offer.
Tailor-made training
Would you rather have a training course fully tailored to your company? We can arrange that too! We develop the perfect course to match your organisation's needs and wishes. Contact us for more information.

Frequently asked questions about food safety and quality training
What types of training does AMNorman offer?
From basic HACCP training and tailor-made courses on specific standards (BRCGS, IFS, FSSC 22000, ISO) to train-the-trainer sessions for internal quality staff and food safety culture awareness sessions for production staff. The content is always tailored to your sector and the certification scheme you choose.
Are the courses held on site or online?
Both are possible. We prefer to deliver practical training on site, so that we can link it to your own processes and installations. More general or theoretical modules can also be organised online. We agree this with you based on your needs.
Who are these training courses for?
From production staff and team leaders to quality managers and management: the content, level and pace are tailored to the target group and their role within the food safety system.
Do you receive a certificate after a training course?
Yes, participants receive a certificate of attendance at the end. This is also useful evidence during a certification audit, where auditors often ask for staff training records.
