My most important task? Giving people a warm welcome.

What do you enjoy most about working at AMNorman?

Freyja: “The flexibility AMNorman gives you to organise your own work. That matters a lot to me. It means I can not only organise my own work, but also combine it perfectly with family life. I'm able to keep all the balls in the air.”

What's a memorable moment in your career?

Freyja: “Without a doubt, our successful ‘Camp Norman’. At one point we quite spontaneously decided to go camping together for a weekend. The enthusiasm, and the fact that almost everyone joined in and took part in (almost) every activity, makes it a more than successful moment for me.”

How would you describe AMNorman's company culture?

Freyja: “Something really characteristic is the family atmosphere. When we welcome a new colleague to our team, we immediately welcome them as a Normanist into our AMNorman family. On top of that, there is a lot of attention not only for the person at work, but just as much for the person outside work. We always share in what is happening in each other's lives. When a colleague goes through something, whether positive or negative, we always show empathy. That's lovely.”

Something really characteristic is the family atmosphere.

What would you like to say to future Normanists?

Freyja: “Above all, I want to stress that we are a company in full growth. In other words, we are always looking for new Normanists. We are developing new business lines, exploring new regions… So the opportunities with us are almost endless. Everything and everyone is welcome here. Even if you don't immediately see a vacancy that suits you, we are always open to a conversation to see whether there are opportunities now or in the future.”
