How do we approach a project? From the first introduction to a system you can continue to run independently: this is the way of working you'll find in every project at AMNorman.
Our approach: from introduction to independent operation
At AMNorman, we work according to a fixed, recognisable approach, whether it concerns an audit, a training course or a complete implementation project. That way, you know exactly what to expect from us in advance.
How does a project with AMNorman work?
Every project goes through the same five steps: introduction, risk analysis, advice and implementation, training, and handover to independent operation. The order is fixed; the content is always tailored to your sector, business and objectives.
What happens during the introduction?
We map your current situation: existing procedures, certifications, pain points and objectives. Based on this, we propose a tailored approach with a clear scope and a realistic timeline.
How do we approach the risk analysis?
We assess your current operations against the applicable legislation, regulations and standards (HACCP, ISO, BRCGS, IFS, FSSC 22000...). This allows us to pinpoint exactly where the risks and areas for improvement lie, before we change anything in your system.
How does the implementation work?
We translate the risk analysis into concrete, workable procedures and documents tailored to your business, in editable formats. No off-the-shelf templates, but a system that fits the DNA and working methods of your organisation.
Do you also look at digitalisation?
Yes, digitalisation is a standard point of attention in every project. We identify which steps in the process would benefit from digital records, checklists or an e-tool for audits and reporting. This saves you time, reduces the risk of errors and makes results available immediately. For us, digitalisation is not an end in itself, but a means when it genuinely adds value for your business. What role does training play in your approach?
Documents alone are not enough: we train your employees so that they actually apply the new way of working. Coaching and consultation are a fixed part of every project, not an optional extra afterwards.
Can we eventually continue independently?
Yes, that is explicitly the goal. As soon as your team can run the system independently, we gradually scale back our involvement. Follow-up remains possible if desired, but the aim is for you to become self-sufficient in the end.
